to join our team in the

Chadstone Shopping Centre
Duties And Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

  • Deliver exceptional security and customer service
  • Control Room Duties
  • IT Duties
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
  • Assess and address potential risks
  • Manage access control
  • CCTV Monitoring
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria
We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Control Room Experience is an advantage
  • Have proven experience in the security industry – Retail preferred
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Rostered Hours
Full time: 12 Rotating Roster (Day and Night)
Casual: Varying Hours
