About the Role

At Luna Bronze, we're shaking up the tanning industry with skincare-powered self-tan that puts sun safety first. We're a small, fast-growing team building out our marketing pillar, and we need someone who's ready to jump in, make things happen, and help us glow even brighter.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the driver behind our campaigns: running email & SMS, managing the marketing calendar, briefing creatives, and keeping everything on track. It's a hands-on role where you'll have the chance to take ownership, grow your skills, and make a real impact in an exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Calendar Management
  • Maintain and execute the marketing calendar - ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with product launches, promos, and brand moments.
  • Coordinate across teams (design, content, creators, influencers, agency, ops) to ensure campaign deliverables are on track.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with seamless execution.
Creative & Content Coordination
  • Brief and manage the graphic designer for email, website, and digital assets.
  • Brief content creators and freelancers (UGC, influencers, agencies) to ensure assets meet brand tone, style, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with agencies (creative, paid media, PR) to deliver campaigns and ensure smooth communication.
Retention Marketing
  • Manage email and SMS marketing end-to-end: list segmentation, campaign setup, testing, sending, and reporting.
  • Build and optimise lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
  • Own website pop-ups and lead-gen initiatives, ensuring they're fresh and high-converting.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance of email/SMS campaigns and website activity, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Track campaign results, highlighting what worked and what didn't to inform future strategy.
General Marketing Support
  • Assist with influencer/affiliate marketing coordination.
  • Help manage digital assets (product assets, creative libraries, brand guidelines, etc.).
  • Stay on top of industry and competitor trends, sharing ideas to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
About You
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally ecommerce/beauty/consumer goods.
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, Shopify, and SMS platforms
  • Strong organisational skills - you love a spreadsheet and a calendar.
  • Comfortable briefing creative talent and providing constructive feedback.
  • Confident copywriter - sharp subject lines, clean product copy, and engaging campaign blurbs.
  • Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude - comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.
  • A sense of humour and comfortable showing up on camera from time to time.
