Food and Beverage / Gaming / TAB /Keno Attendant - Billabong Hotel

We're on the lookout for an energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage / Gaming / TAB / Keno Attendant to join the team at the Billabong Hotel If you love a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and enjoy making every guest's experience a great one, we want to hear from you To be considered, you must be 18+, hold current RSA and RCG, and have experience in TAB and Keno operations. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

  • Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

  • You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

  • You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

  • Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
