You will have a minimum 2 years experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Travel, in particular Corporate and Leisure Travel, however general insurance experience will also be considered

The role

As part of the Accident & Health team, this role will see you as a Dedicated Account Manager for Travel clients, making efficient technical decisions whilst providing exceptional customer service. Taking ownership and management of a portfolio of claims including Corporate Travel, Leisure Travel and/or Inpatriate/Expatriate Travel, this role involves liaising with relevant parties, assessing liability and financial exposure and making recommendations for the future strategy of each claim, whilst achieving a superior result for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing relevant documentation
  • Assessing Liability and requesting further information where required
  • Calculating benefit amounts and financial exposure
  • Efficient and exceptional customer service to multiple stakeholders
  • Management of claims through to finalisation
  • Interpretation and application of varying policy terms
  • Empathic and caring communication (written and verbal)
