Senior Project Manager (Civil)

We are seeking a proactive projects champion at the Town of Victoria Park who thrives on communication, teamwork & puzzle solving

Your new role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering the Capital Works Program and ensures that business goals and capabilities are achieved with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost management, schedule reliability and quality outcomes.

This role includes leading the development and annual review of project management support materials, driving improvements in project management standards and delivery practices, and overseeing the successful completion of nominated projects on behalf of the Town.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in the delivery of Projects and associated works.
  • Professional qualifications in Construction, Engineering (Building and/or Civil), Project Management or similar will be highly beneficial.
  • Experience or a sound understanding of the complexities of local government and the restrictions that this may place on commercial activities by the Town
