An excellent opportunity has arisen in KPMG's Office of General Counsel (OGC) for a commercial lawyer. The OGC handles a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements, agreements, regulatory issues, and litigation. We seek talented individuals who share our purpose of inspiring confidence and empowering change for our clients, our people, and our communities.
As part of the Office of General Counsel team, this role will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating general contracts and commercial agreements
- Reviewing new products and service offerings
- Providing legal advice related to tender documents and client service offerings
- Liaising closely with the business and external counsel

- Exposure to corporate law matters (desirable)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

You are an admitted lawyer holding a current practicing certificate.
