About Us:

We are a growing external cleaning business specializing in residential house-washing, pressure cleaning and other external cleaning. We take pride in delivering a high-quality service while rewarding our team fairly for their hard work, which is why we offer a commission based pay system that will reward those that are efficient, organised, diligent and manage their time well.

Duties will primarily include:

  • Pressure Cleaning
  • House Washing
  • Window Cleaning
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Solar Panel Cleaning

Candidates with experience in either area are encouraged to apply. Ladder work and roof work will be required regularly.

The position will begin as a full/part time casual role, however this will quickly open up to a full/part time position once the training/introductory period is completed and you are the right fit for our team. We are ideally looking for full-time team members however if you are a good fit we are flexible and happy to work with your schedule.

Role Overview:

  • Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (approx. 8 hours/day)
  • Option to take on extra jobs (evenings) for additional pay

Pay Structure:

  • Earnings are based on a share of daily revenue, with opportunities for additional daily bonuses dependent on quality of work & customer satisfaction.
  • Expected annual earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+, depending on workload and performance.
  • Guaranteed minimum base pay in line with Cleaning Services Award 2020, including overtime, penalties, and allowances for height work where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Previous professional external cleaning experience (Ideally 6 months minimum)
  • Comfortable with height work (ladders, elevated platforms)
  • You should be highly personable, with a natural ability to communicate professionally and effectively with our clients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and has solid communication skills.
  • You should also enjoy manual labour and be physically fit and energetic.
  • Willingness to commit to the role medium to long term
  • Must have a manual driver's licence and personal vehicle.
  • You will have a white card, working with children check and police check (or ability to gain this if successful)
  • Ability to work with and learn from others in the team, yet work independently as well, when required
  • Must have strong attention to detail, take pride in their work and excellent time management skills
  • This job is predominantly around the inner suburbs of Brisbane, so the successful applicant should reside in this area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
