Reservations and Director of First Impressions - Casual - Immediate Start

Sunshine Beach Real Estate is a boutique agency in the heart of beautiful Sunshine Beach, with over 40 years of local expertise. We're on the lookout for a bright, friendly, and organised person to be the welcoming face of our agency 4 days a week including weekends (Friday – Monday)

This is not your standard desk job – as our Weekend Reservations & Director of First Impressions, you'll play a key part in ensuring our holiday guests start their stay on the right note. From answering booking enquiries to helping guests check in and out, and occasionally inspecting properties before arrivals, no two days will be the same.

Your weekend will include:

  • Processing reservations and responding to guest enquiries (phone/email/walk-ins)
  • Welcoming guests on arrival and ensuring smooth departures
  • Managing guest payments and booking communications
  • Assisting with urgent requests (e.g. maintenance or housekeeping)
  • Liaising with cleaners to ensure properties are guest-ready
  • Carrying out occasional property inspections prior to guest check-in

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who genuinely loves providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Working as part of a team and also independently
  • A friendly, polished personal presentation
  • Local knowledge of Sunshine Beach and surrounding areas (or a willingness to learn)
  • Must live locally within the Sunshine Coast area

Requirements:

  • Current Queensland Real Estate certificate
  • Previous reservations experience, ideally in a real estate/travel/tourism environment
  • Any amount of reservations experience in real estate, travel, tourism, or hospitality is acceptable
  • Experience with front office booking systems desirable
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position
