Roles we're serving up

- Front of house, ACROSS ALL 3 VENUES

Fast paced shifts with plenty of variety - No two days are the same

What we mean by this: One minute you may be the face to one of our buzzing food outlets to then double scooping (because choosing one is impossible) for that late night gelato lover - the ULTIMATE all rounder

You're the front of house legends; representing the upbeat and community first vibe of the whole venue

Roles include:

- Adaptable – happy to work across different venues if needed

- Scooping, preparing drinks and simple food items.

- Serving customers with a smile and great hospitality

- Handling POS, taking orders & payments smoothly.

- Being part of a fun and supportive all round crew

Availability across day & nights, weekday & weekends.

Immediate start for the right candidates.

Opportunity for the right full time applicants to step up into management / 2IC role.

• Burger engineer (chef) - Bun Intended. :
  
  Craft. Build. Flip. Repeat. We're on the lookout for a Burger Engineer to join our crew and craft burgers that are built to perfection

Role includes:

- Running the grill, fryer, and prep like a well-oiled machine.

- Ability to perform under pressure when things heat up.

- Collaborating with the team to keep the kitchen humming smoothly

- Keeping food safety, cleanliness, and presentation at the highest standard.

Availability weekday and weekends, midday - nights

• Baristas:
  
  Our belief: Great coffee & warm service going hand in hand.
  
  Experienced barista positions for individuals who are passionate about coffee, is detail-driven, and thrives in a quality-focused environment.
  
  Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a specialty setting.

Role includes:

- Dial in and maintain consistency across specialty espresso

- Uphold quality standards in workflow, cleanliness, and service

- Showcase skill in milk texturing and latte art

- Multitask with simple food prep (our iconic fresh cinnamon donuts + daily churned gelato)

Availability weekday and weekends, 7am starts.

• Part-time Gelato churner (A real dream come true) :

  With a new offsite home base located here in the highlands, we're looking for a passionate, detail-driven team member to help us churn, swirl, and scoop happiness into every batch.

Role includes:

- Assist in daily gelato production — from base prep to churning

- Add inclusions, toppings, and swirls with creativity and care.

- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Part-time availability, including some weekends.

Who we're looking for ACROSS ALL ROLES:

- Friendly, energetic, reliable, and confident with people

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Hospitality or retail experience is great (but a positive attitude matters more)

- Available weekends and weekdays, day and nights.
