Your new role

As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of fit-out projects ranging from $1M to $20M. You'll lead site operations, manage foremen and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working across live environments, you'll be the key point of contact for stakeholders and play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple sectors
  • Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site foremen
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Deliver projects within budget and timeline constraints
  • Maintain site documentation and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing fit-out projects independently
  • Strong track record in live environments and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance on-site
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering projects between $1M-$15M+
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and meeting deadlines
  • Good tenure in previous roles-stability and reliability are valued
