, you'll help shape the visual identity of a fast-moving, global DTC brand where no two days look the same. You'll design across digital touchpoints, from
emails and paid ads that convert

organic social and web assets

, and the occasional
IRL project

like packaging or event collateral.

iBlush is a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand helping people feel their best when drinking alcohol. We're part of a new wave of health-conscious brands built for the modern world—science-backed, fun, and relatable. With a growing global customer base across Australia, the US, and Asia, we're expanding our creative team to elevate how we show up across digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Design
    paid and organic social content

that grabs attention and performs across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
- Support the
email and website experience

with beautiful, conversion-driven visuals.
- Assist with
packaging design

, from concepting and dielines to retail mockups and inserts.
- Create
posters, print collateral, and event materials

that make the brand stand out IRL.
- Develop a consistent, elevated
visual language

across campaigns, launches, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with our marketing and content teams on ideas, motion briefs, and creative direction.

Note: You don't have to be a full motion designer, but an understanding of
how design moves
(and how to brief simple animations or transitions) is a big plus.

You'll get hands-on experience across multiple channels and play a key role in shaping how customers see and experience iBlush.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in
    Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or CapCut a bonus).
- A creative thinker who loves seeing ideas come to life in-market.
- A fast learner with attention to detail
- Genuine interest in ecommerce, consumer brands, and social trends
- Self-starter who's curious, creative, and eager to grow
- Recent graduates or junior designers encouraged to apply

Bonus Points

  • Basic understanding of
    performance marketing

principles (what makes something convert).
- Experience
editing short-form video content

(TikTok/Reels-style) or a genuine interest in learning.
- Experience working in ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with
Klaviyo

or similar email platforms: designing and building campaigns, beyond the visuals.
- Copywriting instincts

: comfortable helping refine headlines, hooks, or CTAs for ads and emails.
