About your new Role:
Join a dynamic organisation in a pivotal role leading change across two major projects. As the Change Lead, you'll champion stakeholder engagement, drive business readiness, and shape strategic communications to support seamless transitions. This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact throughout the change journey.
- Lead end-to-end change impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate business and stakeholder risks
- Drive stakeholder engagement by mapping key groups and supporting effective communication and alignment
- Partner with SMEs to design and implement business readiness plans, including readiness tracking and sign-off
- Coordinate training needs and delivery, ensuring materials align with change objectives and skill gaps are addressed
- Develop and execute targeted communication plans, ensuring clarity and consistency across internal and external audiences
- Monitor and escalate change-related risks and dependencies in line with governance frameworks
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining change tools, templates, and processes
- Provide data-driven reporting and insights to inform decision-making and demonstrate change impact
- Establish clear accountability frameworks using models like RACI to define roles and responsibilities
- Act as a change leader and mentor, uplifting capability across the business and promoting positive adoption
About You:
You're a seasoned change professional who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to make an impact from day one. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you're comfortable navigating complexity, engaging stakeholders, and driving meaningful outcomes. You bring energy, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do and you're passionate about helping organisations and their people embrace change with confidence.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in change management or a related role
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step)
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running
- Agility and adaptability across multiple projects and shifting priorities
- A strategic mindset balanced with practical delivery capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Commercial orientation with a focus on member outcomes and business growth
- Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g. PROSCI, PMP) preferred
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus
