Our Point 3 (OP3) is a community by and for LGBTQIA+ international students and allies.

We are the first not-for-profit of our kind in Victoria, creating spaces of belonging, expression, and connection across cultures.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of OP3. Every contribution helps us nurture a more inclusive and supportive community.

Why volunteer with OP3?

  • Shape events and workshops that uplift LGBTQIA+ international voices.
  • Build confidence and skills in leadership, advocacy, and collaboration.
  • Connect with a vibrant community that celebrates difference and solidarity.

Roles available:

  • Co-Leaders
     – join our leadership team and co-design workshops.
  • Project Coordinator
     – keep planning and communication running smoothly.
  • Marketing Officers
     – manage socials and share OP3's stories.
  • Graphic Designer
     – create inclusive, engaging visuals.
  • Advisors
     – offer expertise in advocacy, partnerships, or fundraising.
  • Ad Hoc Event Support
     – help out with events when you can.
