We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) that requires someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running smoothly — managing stock, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and aligning daily tasks with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and organise incoming stock and materials
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Track and record inventory levels
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of work orders
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
  • Assist with general maintenance and improvements around the warehouse
