About The Role
In this key role, you'll help keep our dealership running smoothly by ensuring parts and stock are managed, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork make all the difference.

Please note:
This role involves
regular physical tasks
, including lifting, carrying, and moving automotive parts and stock. Appropriate equipment and safe work practices are always in place to support you.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, plus an occasional Saturday with overtime.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Safely operating a forklift (license required or willingness to obtain)
• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Delivering parts to customers (Driver's licence required)
• Picking and packing orders for internal and external clients
• Processing purchase orders and managing vendor returns
• Maintaining accurate inventory and participating in stocktakes
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Using computer systems to manage orders (training provided)

About You
You'll bring energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic to the role. You're hands-on, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A team-first attitude and great communication skills
• A willingness to learn and grow with the business
• The ability to safely undertake the physical aspects of the role
