About the role…

This role reports to the Business Support Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall warehouse operations. You will work closely with our Warehouse team to ensure orders are correctly prepared, processed and delivered.

Major responsibilities include:

• Accurately receive stock ensuring that they match with the delivery documents.
• Organise, label and store stock.
• Accurately prepare client orders for dispatch including customer invoice and shipping details.
• Verify that the goods are in good condition and communicate any discrepancies with suppliers when required.
• Organise courier pickups and client deliveries.
• Update and maintain the Warehouse Management database
• Contribute to improved office efficiency through the development of in-house systems and provide support to management.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls keeping quality standards for audits.
• Follow up the delivery of client orders by our couriers.

About you…

You will have experience in the delivery of a client-centered approach that enables you to be able to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. You will have a positive 'can do' attitude and be comfortable using technology.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Previous experience working as a Storeman (essential)
• Previous experience working with International couriers such as FedEx, DHL (highly desired)
• Previous experience booking deliveries for domestic and international clients (highly desired)
• Dangerous Goods training (desired)
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proven ability to be flexible in the workplace to be able to meet changing demands.
