What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Supervisor to join us at our Armadale store. We're offering 25–30 hours per week with shifts between 4pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and 11am - 6pm Sunday. Days and weekend hours are flexible; we'll work with the right candidate to find a schedule that fits

Our Assistant Supervisors are:

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role
  • A passion for delivering results
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'safety', always thinking 'customer' and a belief in constantly motivating your team to 'reach higher' every day
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
