At Azalea Care Services, we are a medium-sized provider with proven expertise in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities. We're expanding in Melbourne's North and West and are seeking Support Workers (male and female) for an immediate start.

Position Details
  • Schedule: 2–3 days per week, 5–8 hours per day
  • Pay: Above award wages (SCHADS)
  • Career Growth: Clinician-led team with mentoring and pathways to progression
  • Requirements: Must own a car; must be comfortable with a therapy dog accompanying you
  • Ideal Applicants: Student nurses, psychologists, and social workers encouraged to apply

Your Role
  • Provide person-centred support with daily living, personal care, and grooming
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
  • Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and light cleaning
  • Monitor and report on client health and wellbeing
  • Work within Azalea Care's values of compassion, professionalism, and respect

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (psychosocial experience highly valued)
  • Passion for empowering vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable approach
  • Current First Aid certificate and valid driver's licence
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
  • Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check must be obtained before commencement
