We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team at the Ulan Coal Mines complex, a short drive from the picturesque town of Mudgee. This opportunity offers a country like residential lifestyle while not foregoing the facilities and conveniences of a major city.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of technical support and expert advice across a range of standard software products and installed infrastructure.

technical expertise and a strong methodical approach to resolve system issues and achieve maximum uptime.

Work with the IT Team Leader to manage third party service providers, vendors and business users to deliver effective and efficient IT services.

What We're Looking For:

Industry qualifications (MTA/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA) are desirable.

Considerable experience in a similar role.

Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and server technologies, Active Directory Administration, TCP/IP, routing protocols and general networking fundamentals.

Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

Knowledge of PABX systems, PC hardware, fibre optic and copper cabling and wireless/mesh radio technologies is desirable.
