Your Next Role

As our Quality Specialist you will use your analytical and technical expertise to uphold and enhance Hyne Group's product quality performance. Working across multiple sites, you will partner with key stakeholders to strengthen quality frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Embed a strong quality culture across site operations through proactive engagement and collaboration.
  • Continuously improve quality systems and processes to strengthen product performance.
  • Ensure compliance with external standards and communicate key changes or risks across the business.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights that optimise quality and value stream outcomes.
  • Respond to customer and quality-related enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships.

You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland's greatest icons including K'Gari.

About you

  • Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, or Six Sigma).
  • Experience analysing data to identify trends and drive process or product improvement.
  • Background in manufacturing or processing, ideally timber or building products.
  • Graduates with a technical background are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a focus on collaboration and compliance.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
