About the Role:
This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of both Adelaide and Parafield Airports by supporting the effective development, monitoring, and implementation of the annual capital plan. You will be at the heart of major infrastructure projects, working closely with internal teams and airline partners to ensure that investments align with operational needs and strategic objectives.
With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, commercial strategy, and project coordination, this position provides an excellent platform for you to contribute your expertise while developing your career within a supportive and inclusive environment. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Capital Planning & Airline Engagement Manager with the capital planning process for both airports.
- Contributing to strategic capacity planning across key passenger processing areas such as check-in, security screening, gates and aircraft bays to optimise passenger flow and operational efficiency. Assisting and contributing to the preparation of project scope, business cases/project rationales, financial models and financial reports that guide investment decisions.
- Assisting Project Managers with creating cash flow reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to build positive working relationships to support the ongoing capital expansion of the Airport.

- A tertiary qualification in a business-related field such as Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
- Up to 5 years of experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and work with complex financial/scenario models.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about capital planning and project coordination.
- Strong analytical thinking skills-you enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
