We're looking for a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team at Sunshine Coast Flooring Xtra. This is a full-time role based in Sunshine Coast, working across residential, commercial, and builder projects.
Approved Standard Business Sponsorship - Aus for - Subclass 482 & 494

About the role
You'll be responsible for:
- Installing vinyl planking
- Preparing and levelling surfaces
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials
- Providing great customer service on site and in homes
- Assisting in the warehouse when needed
About you
- 2+ years proven experience in flooring installation (required)
- Current driver's licence (required)
- Certificate III in Flooring Technology (preferred)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
