Position: Kitchen Hand

Location: 86 Bangkok, Eccles Blvd, Birtinya.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintenance: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Basic food prep: Assisting chefs with simple tasks like peeling vegetables, chopping, or assembling ingredients.
  • Stock management: Helping to unload deliveries, organizing storage areas, and ensuring ingredients and supplies are ready for use.
  • Maintaining hygiene: Keeping kitchen areas clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
  • Waste management: Properly disposing of rubbish and recyclables.

Skills Needed:

  • Good attention to detail, especially with cleaning and hygiene.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety (can often be learned on the job).
  • Physical stamina for standing long hours and handling repetitive tasks.
