Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager at Supercheap Auto, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing, large-volume store — the perfect environment to fast-track your development toward a future Store Manager position with a leading retailer.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves helping developing team and delivering results. You'll bring your retail experience, commercial mindset, and drive to make every day better for your team and your store.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, profit, and growth, ensuring KPIs, budgets, and operational plans are met.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and pride.
- Support all aspects of store operations — from stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering to compliance and safety.
- Use your commercial insight to optimise performance, analysing product mix, pricing, and local market opportunities.
- Champion our customers and loyalty programs, inspiring your team to build strong relationships with customers and drive return visits.
