Brilliant Stars Early Learning Centre is a family-owned boutique service, caring for children ages 2-5 in our purpose-built facility. About the Role

In this role, your duties as an Early Childhood Educator will include but not be limited to:

  • designing engaging learning activities for whole-child development
  • tracking developmental progress through observation and documentation
  • creating safe & stimulating environments for exploration and growth
  • nurturing relationships with children and families
  • collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning & care practices.

What we're looking for

  • Full Australian working rights or permanent residency essential
  • Diploma-qualified educator with 5+ years experience in Australian children services
  • Current WWC check essential
  • Current First Aid, anaphylaxis & asthma certifications essential
  • Strong knowledge of National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent communication skills + ability to create a respectful, caring environment.
