About the role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Retail Floor Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our food retail store and online store in Albury, NSW.

You'll lead our team with energy and professionalism, ensure every customer leaves with a great experience, and keep our retail floor running like clockwork.

This is a practical, people-focused role where you'll be across every part of the operation - from customer service and team leadership to stock control, online order fulfilment, and wholesale account management to name a few.


Key responsibilities
  • Lead and support the retail team, creating a positive, customer-focused environment
  • Manage rostering
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising, stock presentation, and cleanliness
  • Oversee and pack online orders with accuracy and quality presentation
  • Partner with the Warehouse Manager on stock movement, replenishment, and fulfilment
  • Maintain deep POS knowledge for sales, stock control, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, processing orders accurately and on time
  • Work towards achieving agreed KPIs such as sales growth, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

What we're looking for
  • Proven retail leadership experience, ideally in food or specialty goods
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn our custom POS and train others
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Experience with wholesale accounts preferred
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards
  • Must be willing to work Tue - Sat

A 1-3 day paid trial on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday will determine if you are suitable once you've progressed following an interview process.
