About the Role

We are a growing flooring and renovations business looking for a proactive and organised Client & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our clients have a smooth experience from first enquiry through to project completion.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, manage our scheduling systems, and support our team both in the office and onsite.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries.
  • Book and manage quotes, and enter details into our CRM.
  • Follow up quotes through multiple stages (calls, texts, and emails).
  • Schedule staff and projects using Tradify.
  • Visit job sites to take photos of projects and finished work.
  • Request client reviews after completed jobs.
  • Upload and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Has excellent phone and email communication abilities.
  • Has experience using Tradify, Pipedrive CRM, and QuickBooks (or equivalent programs).
  • Is confident with CRMs, scheduling, and accounting/admin software.
  • Enjoys working independently and taking initiative.
  • Is flexible to travel to local job sites when required.
  • Works well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
