The Role

Due to significant growth, MCA Engineering are seeking Boilermakers and fitters following to join the team in Mt Isa, QLD for projects onsite for all aspects of above ground structural maintenance. Rosters are available on a 2:1 or 3:1 FIFO/DIDO basis, depending on project requirements.

Selection Criteria:

  • High-level of attention to detail
  • Experience working on a range of fabrication tasks (Boilermaker positions)
  • Ability to work independently, without supervision, and also be part of a team
  • Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
  • Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience
  • Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
  • Are available to go to a mine site when required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
