The opportunity

We are looking for x2 Analysts to join our dynamic Non-Custodial Investments team where you will contribute in supporting our Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS).

You'll play a key role in onboarding new accounts, managing non-custodial assets, and ensuring seamless administration for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive on detail, enjoy problem-solving, and want to learn the ins and outs of investment administration.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Onboard new accounts for MAPS and manage non-custodial investments

  • Verify, reconcile, and import historical asset data into client portfolios

  • Review applications, LPOA, redemptions, and fund manager instructions

  • Process income tax component adjustments and update asset unit prices

  • Participate in user acceptance testing for system upgrades

  • Contribute to process improvements for systems and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous WRAP/Super platform experience highly regarded

  • Solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets

  • Willingness to learn investment administration processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
