About the Role
Join QIC's Real Estate Communications & Marketing Team for a hands-on summer internship focused on building a structured digital asset library. You'll help audit, organise, and curate image and video assets to support both internal operations and external brand presentation. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing operations, digital content management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll be part of a project that enhances how QIC manages and shares visual content across the business, with exposure to real estate marketing, brand standards, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit existing image and video assets across real estate and corporate portfolios
  • Apply criteria to assess image quality and compliance
  • Develop a filing convention and tagging system for digital assets
  • Curate a front-of-house image library for business-wide use
  • Identify photography gaps and support planning for future content needs
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to team meetings and presentations

About You:
We're looking for an enthusiastic 1st or 2nd year university student who:

  • Is studying communications, marketing, media, or a related field
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is passionate about administration and digital management within systems
  • Are comfortable working with digital content and systems
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing ideas
  • Are available from 1st December for 6 weeks (excluding Christmas & New Year)
  • Can commit to up to full-time hours, with flexibility around study or personal commitments
