Peel Health Campus (PHC)
is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia's most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays and treatment areas.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and leadership? Peel Health Campus is currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and driving impactful HR initiatives.
In This Role You Will
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to executives, managers, and staff across the hospital.
- Partner with hospital leaders to deliver strategic and operational coaching that supports effective decision-making and leadership development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across all HR activities.
- Lead and coordinate HR functions to deliver innovative people solutions that meet service expectations and organizational priorities.
