Belle Property Escapes Snowy Mountains is the region's premium holiday accommodation agency, operating within the leading real estate business, Belle Property Snowy Mountains. With four modern offices in Thredbo, Jindabyne, Berridale, and Cooma, we manage a diverse portfolio of holiday, residential, and commercial properties across the Snowy Mountains.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. This full-time role involves living on-site in a subsidised apartment at Lantern Apartments in Thredbo and travelling throughout the Snowy Mountains to carry out maintenance across the residential, holiday, and commercial properties managed by Belle Property Snowy Mountains.

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (including weekends with set weekdays off)

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties within the role include:
  • Managing after-hours phone and callouts at Lantern Apartments between 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM, 7 days a week (unless on annual leave)
  • Performing maintenance and general labour tasks across residential, commercial, and holiday properties under management
  • Assisting the holidays team with pre-arrival property checks and linen stripping during peak periods
Key requirements:
  • Proven handyman/maintenance experience
  • Ability to supply own tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
