We are seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our dedicated team at Strategic Collision Repair Group -Dural Prestige Smash Repairs. If you have a passion for restoring vehicles to their former glory and possess exceptional technical skills, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Assess damage and determine the best repair methods.
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels.
  • Straighten and align vehicle frames and chassis.
  • Weld and join replacement panels.
  • Sand, fill, and finish repaired surfaces.
  • Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members for optimal repair outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair setting.
  • Proficiency in using panel beating tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
