Strategic Account Manager - Corporate Travel

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing business plans, providing consultative analysis, and conducting quarterly reviews.
  • Monitoring business plans alongside monthly revenue targets, forecasts, and customer objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular client contact and communications with global account managers and internal teams.
  • Working closely with clients and in-house operations to ensure a consistent and SLA-driven service delivery
  • Continual review of the customer value proposition to ensure retention and success with re-tenders
  • Effectively demonstrate the company's operating and analytical tools at the client level.

Core Competencies

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated success in a client experience/account management role in the corporate travel industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting experience
  • Sound attention to detail and time management
  • Driven and resilient with the ability to self-manage and prioritise
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity using a CRM system, and ability to adapt to new software programs.
  • Creative "outside the box" thinking.
