The Role

As a Licensing Support Officer, your role will be to provide general and administrative support as well as assisting with the provision of information and assistance to people who are applying for various licenses, renewals, registration, permits and security cards for numerous occupations and functions regulated by the Department under a diverse range of legislation.

  • Assessing and processing applications.
  • Providing high quality customer service.
  • Obtaining relevant documentation.
  • Other key administrative tasks.
