Role Description
The Site Supervisor - Commercial Landscaping role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on commercial landscaping projects, manage crews and schedules, ensure adherence to safety standards, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving on-site issues and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Landscaping or Commercial Management
- Proven skills in Team Management and People Management
- Proficiency in Following Up on tasks and project statuses
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage on-site operations effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and SWMS guidelines
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are an advantage
