Paralegal

Wyatts Lawyers are one of Sydney's premier compensation law firms representing people in their time of need. We currently have a new opportunity for a Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to forge a career and make a tangible difference to people who need your expertise.

If you are looking for a challenge, stimulation and satisfaction of working in a successful and busy personal injury firm with public liability, work injury, motor accident and institutional abuse claims, this is your opportunity.

The role will require liaison with internal and external parties, excellent communication skills are essential.

A typical day is varied, requiring attention to detail, proactivity and diligence to maintain both Wyatts' professional standards and empathy for our clients. Integrity in what we do is everything.

Skills and experience

To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:


• Proficiently assist and communicate case progress, with an ability to meet tight deadlines.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence to clients, ensuring confidential documents remain secure.

• Demonstrated strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks for maximum results.


• Attention to detail, and able to manage large volumes of documents.


• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.


• Effectively and concisely draft legal documents.


• Ability to communicate effectively with experts in multiple fields.
