About The Role
As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of bar and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, compliance with liquor licensing, and smooth delivery of functions and events. You'll lead a team of bar and wait staff, manage stock and suppliers, and take a lead role overseeing weekend operations of the Facility.

Duties

• Lead, train, and supervise bar and beverage staff
• Ensure smooth bar operations during public trade, functions, and events
• Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing regulations
• Coordinate drink menus, promotions, and themed events
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee weekend facility operations and support event delivery
• Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and labour costs

Who We Are Looking For

• To be considered for this position, you will need
• RSA and Approved Bar Manager Certificates (Essential)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Desirable)
• Proven experience in a licensed venue management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of WA liquor laws and workplace safety
• POS and stock management expertise
• Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance
