About the Role

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure prompt and professional guest service

- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across all areas. Manage reservations, stock levels, and equipment care

- Monitor cashiering procedures and loss prevention controls. Uphold hotel policies, OH&S guidelines, and security protocols

- Preparing the outlets for service periods (stock the bar and get ready for opening)

- Present yourself in a professional well-groomed manner at all times.

- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.

- Acquire a full knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage service policies and procedures.

- Comply with the hotel’s standard procedures in regards to waste management.

- Participate in all online and on the job training sessions.

- Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures.

- Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment.

- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties.

- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality supervision

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Knowledge of OH&S and hotel operational procedures

- Ability to manage stock, rosters, and revenue reporting

- This role requires you to have a valid RSA (responsible service of alcohol)
