As the Team Leader – Civil Maintenance, you'll lead a dedicated crew in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance works. Your leadership will shape a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You'll ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures while driving high standards in customer service and operational delivery.

We're seeking a motivated and experienced leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about developing their team.

Essential:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading a civil works team or significant leadership experience in a similar field.
• Valid Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
• Proven ability to plan and manage workloads effectively.
• Competent in using mobile technology and IT systems to support productivity.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Desirable:

• Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Experience using survey instruments.
