Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, a part of the Amora Hotels Group, is a 415 - room hotel located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, adjacent to Wynyard station. As a family - owned Hotel, with multiple Food and Beverage outlets, Conferencing facilities and recreational amenities including an indoor pool, a spa and a sauna, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding guest services whilst adding a personal touch to everything we do. The Role

We currently have fantastic career opportunities for motivated casual Food & Beverage Attendants with extensive F&B experience to work in our busy Hotel Outlets, including our Hotel Bar and Banquets operations.

Duties

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicants will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.

The successful candidates need to possess the following experience and skills

  • Strong Customer service skills and a Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience, ideally in a 5 - Star Hotel
  • Knowledge of Micros POS
  • Hold a current RSA Certification
  • Availability to work Flexible Shifts

For working in our hotel bar, we are also looking for:

  • Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge
  • Previous bar & cocktail experience
