OVERALL SUMMARY

We're looking for a passionate and experienced disability professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability support services across multiple supported accommodation sites. This leadership role ensures compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and promotes participant rights, safety, and wellbeing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead operational delivery of supported accommodation services.
  • Act as the primary contact for participants, families, and support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
  • Oversee rostering, documentation, and service data analysis.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional development for staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed trauma-informed practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience in disability services or community support.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centred approaches.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in client management systems (e.g., Shiftcare).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility for occasional on-call support.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
