About you
To be considered for this role you must be passionate, engaged and committed. You will be someone who thrives in a vibrant and dynamic team environment.
- you will have a solid transactional property and/or leasing background and at least 7-8 years' post admission experience of which 2-3 years will be in a Senior Associate role
- you will have the ability to work with and mentor junior lawyers and support staff to ensure quality output and effective matter management
- you will have a practical and commercial approach to issues and work hard to ensure your client's expectations are understood and met.
- you will have well-developed drafting and communication skills with a genuine interest to provide excellent service to your clients.
- you will have At least 3 years' experience in NSW jurisdiction
- you will require minimal supervision
Your Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Sydney. The team has a strong pipeline of broad and interesting real estate work across a range of clients.
It offers an ideal opportunity for a motivated person to work independently yet within a team environment and to progress your business development skills. You will have easy access to partners and senior practitioners and the ability to discuss ideas with your colleagues.
