About the role

Mint Imaging is seeking a committed and reliable General Laborer to join our dynamic print shop in Cleveland, QLD. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our thriving print production facility. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of printing materials and finished products
  • Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the print shop environment organised and well-maintained
  • Supporting the print production team by providing hands-on assistance with various tasks as required
  • Ensuring the safe handling and storage of all materials and equipment
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

  • A proactive, hardworking, and reliable individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in a similar general laborer or production support role, preferably within the printing or manufacturing industry
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the print production team
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
