Location: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Maitland surrounding areas

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (no weekends or public holidays)

Type: Casual

Travel: Up to 40km when required – paid travel time

Pay: Above award wages + bonuses + regular pay reviews

We're Looking For:

We're currently on the lookout for 2 casual, reliable, and enthusiastic cleaners to join our team. You must be someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, has a keen eye for detail, and is open to learning and feedback. We're big on accountability and growth — both as individuals and as a company.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cleaning and sanitising domestic and commercial properties
  • Following specific instructions to meet individual client needs
  • Delivering high standards with safe and effective cleaning practices
  • Interacting with clients in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Accepting both positive and constructive feedback — we grow from it

What We Offer:

Above award hourly wage

Regular pay reviews and performance-based bonuses

Paid travel between jobs

No weekend or public holiday work

What You'll Need:

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Ability to travel up to 40km when required
  • Availability at least 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
