At Bettie's Cleaning, we take pride in keeping homes and properties sparkling clean for our clients – and we couldn't do it without our amazing team. We're now looking for motivated and reliable Casual Cleaners to join us in the Hunter Valley.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning and maintaining client properties (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas).
  • Ensuring spaces are always fresh, spotless, and well-presented.
  • Supporting daily operations (packing/unpacking supplies and linen).
  • Reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.
  • (For experienced staff) Helping new team members learn best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Strong attention to detail – you take pride in your work.
  • Good communication and a professional approach with clients.
  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage (housekeeping, holiday rentals, Airbnb, or similar).
  • A valid NSW driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 6-12 months housekeeping experience required.
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position.
