Qualifications & experience
- Experience using Xero Accounting Package
- Previous experience in an administrative role or co ordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A "Can do" attitude and a willingness to learn is a must
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee day to day running of the Office
- Collating time sheets / Payroll
- Data entry
- Accounts receivable/payable using Xero
- Record keeping
- Assisting with QA Management System ISO 9001:2015
- Other ad hoc duties
