MPower Interactive is on the hunt for a full-time in-house content creator who will be the main mastermind behind 'the rise of MPower' a brand that inspires, motivates and captivates.

You will travel the world to places like the USA, Dubai, Europe, Bali and more to document crucial, impactful moments with the team. You will learn the art of sales and marketing AND will be part of a fast growing, internationally expanding movement.

With a rapidly scaling team and international expansion on the horizon, we're looking for a full-time in-house Content Creator who can take our brand to the next level.

The Role

This isn't just another content role — you'll be the director behind MPower's rise to becoming an industry-leading brand. From filming our team in action, producing viral-style reels, and capturing high-energy events, to building a content machine across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — you'll be the driver of how the world sees MPower.

You'll work directly with our leadership team and have full creative freedom to shape MPower's online presence.

What You'll Do
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts).
  • Create content strategies that align with business growth.
  • Manage posting schedules and keep a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Capture team culture, client events, and behind-the-scenes footage to showcase our brand personality.
  • Stay up-to-date on creative trends, editing styles, and social media best practices.
  • Support the team with creative input for new projects, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
  • Capture conferences, events, activities and promotional content.

About You

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing polished, professional content that makes an impact.

AND have a genuine interested in the art of sales & marketing. You have to be excited to learn and be involved in the sales part of our business.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in photography, videography, and editing.

  • Someone with serious creative drive — not just editing skills, but vision.

  • Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • Experience creating short-form content that gets engagement.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you're approachable, easy to work with, and confident capturing people on camera.

NOTE: You need to be excited about learning and engaging in the sales part of our business, to truly understand our industry and to know what is important on camera you need to FEEL sales.
