Job Opportunity: Senior Content Creator – In-House Agency, 7-Eleven

Melbourne (Hybrid)

Full-Time, Permanent

-lution is proud to be partnering with 7-Eleven to build their new in-house agency. We're looking for a senior-level social creative - someone who lives and breathes content, understands brand tone and storytelling, and knows what it takes to create ideas that cut through on social.

If you've led content development for well-known brands, and can concept, shoot, and edit with craft and confidence, this is your chance to shape 7-Eleven's social presence and help set the creative benchmark for its in-house team.

What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Translate brand and campaign platforms into engaging short-form content that connects with audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end content creation from idea and storyboarding through to shoot, edit, and post.
  • Stay across emerging trends and platform behaviours, bringing smart, brand-fit ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to build cohesive, high-impact creative.
  • Contribute to the evolving 7-Eleven social playbook - helping define what great looks like.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience creating social-first video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong storytelling and editing craft.
  • Hands-on editing experience across in-app and pro tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Skilled at shooting lo-fi content with creative flair and brand understanding.
  • Experience producing branded social content for recognised consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands (agency or in-house).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and balancing multiple content streams.
  • Bonus: comfortable appearing on camera when needed to bring content to life.
  • Bonus: experience in animation or photography.
