Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks consistently.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service—greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
  • Front-of-House All-Rounder (Clear tables, wipe surfaces, run food from kitchen to tables, refill water stations, sweep floors as needed.)
  • Restock supplies such as milk, beans, cups, and pastries throughout the shift.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
